Warranty Terms for PNK&PLMZ

At PNK&PLMZ, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects and faults in our bags. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
The warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing errors or material faults. If you encounter an issue that falls under the warranty, we will provide a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement of the product.

What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as:

  • Overloading the bag
  • Damage from improper cleaning or using harsh cleaning agents
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or prolonged sun exposure
  • Normal wear and tear from use

Returns and Warranty Claims:
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at hello@pnkandplmz.com, providing your order number and a clear description of the issue. We kindly ask you to include photos of the defective product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once the warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that the bag must be returned in its original condition and packaging for us to process the claim.

Please Note: Warranty return processing may take up to 15 business days, depending on workload and the nature of the issue.
