RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products
At PNK&PLMZ, we offer the option to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the legal regulations. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

Exchange

Please note, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original labels and packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original labels and packaging.
• Return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Always contact our customer service at hello@pnkandplmz.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
• After your return request is approved, you will receive a return form from us. This form must be included with the product when returning it. Returns without the return form cannot be processed.
• Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation. The return process may take up to 10 business days, depending on workload and the type of return.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs of your original order are not reimbursed for returns. Return shipping is at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
